Four images of this 64-year-old book are shown below. It is: Tom Swift and His Electronic Retroscope, by Victor Appleton II, 1959. This is the first edition as identified by the dust jacket price (described below) and by this title being the "newest" listed inside (i.e., please see image #4 below) and also on the dust jacket's rear flap. This book measures 7 1/2" x 5" and is 184 pages. It is in Very Good condition with some spine fading, with "35" written on the front free endpaper, and with some gentle wear. The endpapers are fully-decorated in blue and white; the full-page black and white illustrations are by Graham Kaye. The dust jacket is not price clipped (i.e., "100/100" is at the top of the front flap and "110/150" is at the bottom) and is in protective mylar. It is in Very Good condition with some gentle wear (i.e., please see the first three images below). Regarding the book, there is no former-owner's bookplate inside, no foxing, and there are no loose pages; it will be shipped in a solid new box anywhere in the United States via USPS Media Mail for free.
