Nest Wi-Fi blankets your whole home with reliable Wi-Fi coverage (Home size, materials and layout can affect how a Wi-Fi signal travels. Larger homes or homes with thicker walls or long, narrow layouts may need extra Wi-Fi points for full coverage. The strength and speed of the signal will depend on your Internet provider). Automatic updates help your network stay safe and sound. One Wi-Fi router with one Wi-Fi point (sold separately) is strong enough to handle up to 200 connected devices, and strong enough to stream multiple 4K videos at a time (This is based on only using connected devices at a data rate of 1 Mbps each. Requires sufficient broadband Internet connection and connected devices to be located within the Wi-Fi coverage area described at g.co/nestwifi/coverage. The strength and speed of the signal will also depend on your Internet provider).

COSMETIC CONDITION: Very good

It is in very good condition with minimal wear, exhibiting only a few scuffs and small scratches on the lid and bottom cover.

This unit has been previously used but is in working condition and functions as intended. The unit has been tested and reset to factory default settings.

Our Return policy only covers items that are DOA, or not as described. You have 30 days of receiving the item to let us know what troubles you are having and that you would to start a return. We will not accept returns without contacting us first. Once we receive the item, we will either exchange or fully refund.

At Surplusbydesign, items sold “As-Is” or “Working As-Is” are NOT eligible for returns, refunds and/or exchanges. AS-IS or Working AS-IS items are FINAL SALE.

Upon discovery of issues with “As-Is” and “Working As-Is” items, we stop testing and issues may not be limited to those outlined in our listing

Any unit / item that comes with a battery, the battery may or may not be functional (fully or partially). Regardless of the product is listed as brand new, open box, used or as-is. We will not authorize any refund for a battery related issue. As batteries are consumable items with limited life spans it is the responsibility of the purchaser to bid / buy accordingly with our battery policy in mind.

We cannot guarantee any further or existing manufacturer warranty. We do not offer extended warranties on any of our items for purchase.

We ship via national carrier (for example: FedEx) if your region is considered a remote region or if the national carrier doesn't deliver to your region and an alternate carrier needs to be used. You may have to pay additional shipping fees to cover the cost to ship to your area.

This is not a markup, but actual costs provided by the carrier.

All cell phones are sold unlocked (unless otherwise stated) but are not tested on any networks.

Cell phones sold by Surplus By Design are not guaranteed to work outside of Canada, and may not work with all Canadian cellular providers. Please check with your provider prior to bidding to ensure whether the phone is compatible on their network. Returns related to network compatibility issues will not be accepted.

Network and data connectivity have not been tested with any providers and are not guaranteed.
