Akai GX-912 3 Head Professional Studio Cassette Deck for Parts or Repair READ #1

This deck is not in working condition. Being sold AS IS. It powers on but does not play(plays for a few seconds), fast forward or rewind. Unsure as to what is wrong with it. Cosmetically in good condition with some cosmetic blemishes. Please see pictures for cosmetic condition. Rack mountable.
