It starts with a slip-on construction that features a knit wraparound tongue and a Trust-Fit shape that'll give you a snug and secure fit to prevent your shoe from sliding around when you're darting over roots and rocks. A supportive midsole offers stability and protection thanks to torsion-resistant inserts and an EVA rock plate, so you can run without worry on uneven or rocky trails.
