Brass fixture with flip knobs that "auto off" -- possibly out of a public restroom?

Measurements:

18" wide

17" deep

6" bowl depth

6" backsplash height

As you can see -- the condition is "chippy".  I don't believe this is enamel, rather a high gloss paint finish which appears to be original.

This item is being sold "as found" is shown condition.  There is a small crack at the backsplash corner (see last photo).

The hardware does appear to be in good working condition and the knobs are not "froze".  I have not hooked up to test.

I only wiped the sink off -- did not attempt to polish the brass.
