Pre-owned condition with signs of play and age such as wear to decals, some rusting on axles of the gun, dirt in hard to reach places such as the tire treads on the trucks, blue paint on one truck bed and cap, dirt in wheels. The truck cap plastic is very brittle from age. American flag has some discoloration to one side and separation of the glue holding it onto the pole. Please see the examples in the listing photos.
