This Handpainted MM brand PORTUGUESE Pottery piece is made of TERRE COTTA clay and features white glaze with yellow lines and Blue Flowers. Because this piece has a lip that's over an 1¼", it could be a Plate or Shallow Bowl. There are no chips or cracks. See pictures.
