Damaged Shipments - We fully insure all of our shipments and if a delivery is damaged, we will gladly replace the product or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise. 

If the carrier tracking shows as delivered, Shop LC will not be liable to provide refunds. (Subject to case by case basis) 
We ship to PO box only via DHL, No Deliveries to PO boxes via UPS. 
Two Day and Overnight shipping are not available for PO box.
