Item is brand new. Not from return, not from liquidation..... Item will ship brand new in double box from warehouse vendor or will be shipped by me . ( Series # will be recorded before Item ship out ). Machine is 120 volts, outside USA need volts transformer ( warranty will not cover if item using outside USA) Item is NO RETURN. I only exchange, replace if item was defected from factory... Item return in this case must be: - In double ORIGINAL PACKAGE. -Including ALL ACCESSORIES . - Series # MUST MATCH with the original box and in my record.
