Warranty&Payment

  • If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide 90 days warranty.
  • The warranty is not available where damage to the product is caused by reason other than manufacturer's defects, for example, damage during delivery, misuse, improper installation, faulty operation, wear n' tear, damage to accessories or when product has been modified, repaired other than by us.

Shipping

  • The P&P is just for 48 lower states of US
  • We will usually ship within 36 hours of receiving cleared payment in business day. Any rush order will be out of our acceptability.
  • After your order is shipped, your eBay registered email address will receive the tracking number and you can track your order status online anytime.
  • Defective items or problems with your order must be reported within 3 days after receiving. Please keep all packaging, documentation, packing list, etc. that came with your order. These will be used to verify claims if there is any problem with you.
  • Please sign for packages firstly even the UPS shipping damages or delay is discovered. Then, contact our Customer Services immediately, will reply each ebay message in 24 hours and UPS will send person to inspect for claiming purpose.
  • We have the option of either sending you a replacement or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement if the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing. All replaced parts would be sent out by UPS Ground.
  • We only ship to United States. No shipping to Puerto Rico,Hawaii or Alaska. Sorry, we also do not ship to Po Boxes,APO address.

Return

  • The item comes with a 14-Day Refund Return Policy and must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • After this 14-days window, we will provide parts, replacement or repair service.
  • Postage and handling fee is not refundable for non faulty item.
  • If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from total refund amount.
  • Buyer will pay the return postage for non-faulty item.
  • Non faulty return must be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
