The medal was issued to a Sepoy (Private) in the 28th Punjab Regiment (Indian Army). This style of victory medal was issued throughout the british commonwealth with the exception of south africa who had the wording in 2 languages.

You will get the exact items pictured. The certificate card measures like a baseball card (2.5" X 3.5").
