We do not sell knockoffs or imitations! Before buying, please read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS POSTING We do our best to post items the same day if you order before 12 PM. Processing time should not exceed 24-48 hours of receiving a cleared payment - and is always indicated in 'Postage and payments' section. If there is a delay, we will notify you. SHIPPING METHOD Shipping method is always indicated in 'Postage and payments' section on the individual listing. DELIVERY TIME Please note, delivery time depends on postal service selected and may vary, especially during peak periods or any other unexpected circumstances, such as strikes, severe weather conditions, natural disasters etc. COMBINED POSTAGE Whenever possible, we do offer a combined postage. Just add all your items into basket before checking out and pay for them together. Postage discount will be applied automatically. Usually there are no extra fees for additional items, however there may be some additional charges if the parcel is heavy or big. See details at 'Postage and payments' section. DELAYS & LOST ITEMS We always obtain a postage receipt. Please note, once your parcel is posted, we cannot be responsible for the carrier's actions. In case of loss or a huge delay, please note there is nothing we can do until 30 days of posting date elapses. If you have not received your item within time frames mentioned above, please contact us asap, so we could resend it (if possible) or refund you. Please do not open a case, just send us an email instead. RETURNS Returns are only accepted if the item is brand new, unopened, undamaged and factory sealed. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns for unboxed items if you have already unpacked an envelope or an external box because we cannot be sure if the item is still unopened itself. If your item is eligible for a return, you should cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item and pay for return postage. Once we receive an item back, we will refund you within 48 hours. FEEDBACK Once we receive a positive feedback from you, you will receive a positive one too - automatically. Before leaving a neutral or negative feedback, please contact us first, so we could try to resolve the problem. Please note, leaving any unjustified neutral or negative feedback will end up in court and you may be sued for defamation. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES Please note, we are not responsible for any Import Duties or additional Taxes that may be applied when importing goods into your country. If any occurs, it is your responsibility to cover this additional cost. |
