The RAREST modification of the Czechoslovak Consul 259 keyboards --- Consul 259.13 

Made by Zbrojovka Brno factory in the end of the 80s. It is based on the Haul effect TESLA switches.

Powers up. Very good visual condition - it looks it was never used. Just it is slightly dusty. Please carefully check the pictures, I made it with close-ups (keyboard did not contact even close the background surface when the pictures were made). If you need more -- please ask.

I found a technical reference in Czech language that allowed me to power it up (will drop you a link to it). I checked the data pins with a multi-meter - there is change in voltage levels on key press, so I assume it works. So if you connect it to e.g. Arduino Leonardo, provide the strobe signal and write pin reading program, I suppose you will be even able to connect it to PC. 

I wanted to leave it to myself, but then I got a different Consul keyboard (259.6) that fits better for my project.

This equipment belonged to so-called Small Machines (CM) series of mainframes, that architecturally (though not electronically) were clones of DEC PDP-11. 

Can be good addition to a collection of vintage computer equipment, a gift to a fellow IT friend or even for intended use if you are the same like me. :)
