PAYMENT, ALTERATIONS & SHIPPING: We strive to ship same day and most of our sales ship the same day payment is received. However, we do not work on the holidays or weekends so on occasion we will ship within a few days at the most.  We can size rings for an addition charge, so if you do choose to have something sized please understand that this takes approximately 3-4 days on top of the normal shipping time. Cost of sizing depends on ring size and the type of metals used. New items are sized at no extra cost. We can also do appraisals on jewelry for $40.00 more... this is suggested on diamond purchases that exceed $1000.00. Shipping is done via USPS. All items have tracking numbers which you can access this info from your end. Any item valued $200 and up will have a USPS signature confirmation at no extra charge. If you would like to add insurance, please request as it is no longer an option through Ebay check out.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase. Please ask all questions prior to bidding/purchase. Vintage and used pieces will have some wear to them. I will point out any damage that I see. We strive to describe everything correctly but occasionally we might miss a measurement or blemish so please look at all the pictures carefully. New items will be marked as such, for we are also a jewelry store... these items likely have diamonds and/or gemstones, which are graded by GIA standards.
