You are buying a Pez One Eyed Monster No Feet.  He is all Brown Plastic  with a green eye. He is marked on one side , US Patent 3,410, 455 Made in Austria. He has a hole in the top of his head. His pez holder is dirty and could use a cleaning. No cracks or damage that I can see. Fresh from an upstate NY estate.
