1. Returned item must be in unused, undamaged and resale-able condition.(including original packaging and complete accessories that came with the item).

2. Buyers will be responsible for the shipping and return fees under following situations and we offer partial refund for this kind of return, the refund amount is the value of item you paid only (our shipping & handling fee not included).

1.  Size not fit (For the clothing) - Our Asian Size is smaller than US/UK/AU/EU Size, please check the Size Measurement carefully before bidding, do not choose the tag size according to your favors.

2.  Slight color difference - Our picture of the item is for reference only, slight color difference should be acceptable due to the light and screen, if you mind slight color difference, we suggest you do not bid it. Thanks for your understanding.

3.  Slight smell -  there may be some smell during long time transportation without fresh air. The smell will gone after keeping it opened to the air or washed. If you mind that, we suggest you do not bid it. Thanks for your understanding.

3. We do not accept return, refunds or exchanges due to following reasons:

1. Changed mind and not want it anymore -  international shipping is very expensive, we do not
   accept return, please double check and make sure it's the correct item you want before bidding.

1. Wrong order placed  by mistake or someone else -  by making the payment, you confirm that you have read our all business terms carefully and agree with that and we are not responsible for your payment loss due to your ID being used by others.

1.  Parcel not received due to the wrong or incomplete shipping address.

1.  Cancel the order after it has been shipped out  -  we could cancel the order for you before it being shipping out. Once we handled the parcel to the courier, we may not able to cancel it for you anymore, we will still try to hold it however we can't promise with you.

1.  Any Quality or Damage issues due to Human reasons not the item itself.
   

• We ship it from outside of US/UK/AU/DE. We are not responsible for any import duty or tax may be caused for international shipping. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• All additional charges apart from the order value are the buyer's responsibility.
  

2. Prices, Quantities and Descriptions:

• Our listing (Title, Description, Pictures, Prices) will be updated accordingly due to few reasons, that is not for reference on your previous order. For all orders, we have buyer protection, the real quantity will match the description as you saw when you buy it. After that you could find the record on your paypal payment record page for reference.

• The price we marked on the customs declaration form which attached on your parcel will not be the reference for your order value as normally we mark 80% -100% amount of your order value accordingly as our prices are not always the same. 

3. Buyer Requirements:

• Age above 18 years old -  by making the payment, you confirmed that you are adult above 18 years old. We do not responsible for any unexpected issues regarding this topic.

4. Buyer Protection on lost parcel issue:

• We have made a research: most of our customers received their parcel very early even before the estimate delivery time. There are only 1%  lost parcel or late delivery issues due to some unexpected reasons.

• You are welcomed to contact us for help If your parcel not arrive within the estimate delivery date (please refer to the date period displayed on your order details).

• We may need your cooperation to solve the problem out: 1. check with your post office while waiting, sometimes they may keep the parcel there if the parcel not been delivered successfully;  2. check with your friends or families, sometimes the delivery man may handle the parcel to them when you are not at home.
