Right of withdrawal
The Customer may appeal his right of withdrawal until the 10th working day since the items delivery (as legislative decree of the 6 September 2005, n° 206) notifying it by e-mail, phone, fax or written letter to headoffice (Via Saba n°2 in Conversano (Bari) – Italy).
The Customer who wants to appeal to his right of withdrawal must send back the items to headoffice address within 20 days since the items delivery at his own shipping costs. Edilceram Store within 10 days since the delivery of the items by the Customer, will: (i) give back the whole paid amount in case of complete parts and functionality of the returned items; or (ii) the part of the amount paid for the items effectively returned and/or not deteriorated by the Customer.
