Returns Policy

By now you would have got an inkling that we are in love with what we do and the products we create. We want you to feel the same about your new purchase, so in case it is not a love at first sight, do not panic, simply notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and send the item back to us unused and we will promptly issue a full refund. We are nice like that !

**We cannot accept returns for a Personalised item. Standard 14 days return policy does not apply. All personalised items are covered under our normal warranty terms**

For Personalised orders, please choose the personalised option while checking out and leave us a note with up to 3 alphabets of your choice.

For monogram we use Pristina font which compliments with our branding font.  

For all orders, please state your contact number while checking out, to be furnished to the shipping carrier

Guarantee

We vouch for our products, material quality and craftsmanship. So we back our product with a 1 year free repair / replace warranty. The warranty covers leather, hardware and craftsmanship outside of normal wear and tear. In case of an issue was to arise, simply notify us and send the product to us, we will resolve your concern within minimal time frame and return the item back to you in its full glory.

Our mission is to create perfect urban bags and accessories designed to blend style and value.

Kalating was conceived in 2008 for the modern man (or the modern woman buying for her man) discerning in his taste and steadfast in his desire for quality. Each one of our bags are individually handcrafted using the finest cowhide resulting in a full grain leather. We believe that simple things are beautiful and to this end, use a natural tanning process that allows the leather’s character to come through. Paint and pigment have no place in our bags.

Our name is derived from the language “Ullatan”, which stands for ‘Continuous Improvement’. We create two new collections a year unwavering in our desire to see a better product for the savvy and sophisticated urban professional. Our products include messenger bags, briefcases, laptop bags and portfolio bags in tan, soft browns and black to inject some effortless style to your day.

For the one who wants to stand out, the daring ones should definitely pair up with Sumac and Tanoak. Red Maple screams out of the box but Ramin keeps you blended in.

In addition, each one of our bags are individually handcrafted using the finest cowhide and the solid brass buckles used on our bags are individually sand cast and hand polished. The solid brass buckles and fittings enhance the natural look of our product as well as the durability of the product. Each bag is therefore, by its nature, “One of its kind”
