• Tracking numbers are sent out moments after an order ships
• We cannot change an address after your order has been placed
• Orders exceeding $250 in value may require a signature
• UPS orders cannot ship to a PO Box
• Expedited orders placed on a business day before 3PM will ship out within 1 business day of payment clearing
• All international orders are subject to taxes, duties and VATs
• We apologize, but we can't mark your order as a gift

Returns Info

• We accept returns of new, unworn/unused merchandise with packaging & tags intact within 30 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping, except where the item arrives defective
• Items exceeding $3,000 in value may be subject to an 10% restocking fee
