Returns Policy

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS FOR YOUR PROTECTION SEND ANY RETURNS BY EITHER CARRIER OR RECORDED/SPECIAL POST AS WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PARCELS.

We will not accept any goods returned with postage to pay Any shortages/missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. All goods supplied that match the invoice are deemed to be supplied correct and are subject to our returns policy. I.E you are responsible for return carriage. HELMETS can only be accepted for an exchange item if there is a manufacturing fault with the item. A refund will only be issued if an exchange item is not available. Sizes CANNOT be exchanged because of health & safety concerns. With this, you can be sure that we will never ever send you a helmet that has previously been sent out to someone else (which would then be classed as second hand) It is your responsibility to retain possession of the goods and to take reasonable care of them. In cases where the seven day rule does apply you will be required to pay the return shipping on the item and we will refund the rest of your payment within 30 days.
