1 year warranty on ALL of our products

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged from transport or is faulty, we will fully replace that item with a new one and bear the cost of shipping for you. We strive to keep all of our customers happy both on eBay and our website and we would like to offer all other potential customers this service and peace of mind.

Manufacturer Warranty: Damages due to misuse by user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty. Warranty is applicable to all products sold by Fotogenic *. Excluded items are background muslin, ALL bulbs and travel bags.

* All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by this warranty. Examples of accessories and bonus gift include Bulbs, Carry Bag, Packaging damage and so on.

Conditions of Warranty

• 1) Photos of damaged items must be sent in order to claim warranty, email sales@fotogenic.com.au.
• 2) If item value is great than $150, item will need to be sent back at buyers expense (excludes DOA orders).
• 3) Postage of replacement parts to be sent back to buyer will be payed by the buyer.
• 4) Warranty claims are to Fotogenic management's distretion.

Domestic Shipping

The estimated times of delivery are dependant on location:
NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT in metro areas
- (usually 1 to 2 days delivery time).
NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT in Country/Rural
- (usually 3 to 7 days delivery time).
WA, S.A, TAS in metro areas
- (usually 3 to 9 days delivery time).
WA, S.A, TAS, NT country/rural: Please contact us for custom cost.
- (usually 5 to 9 days delivery time).

International Shipping

For our international customers, we do offer shipping outside of Australia.
All shipments includes insurance, tracking numbers and signature deliveries.

Conditions

• 1. Fotogenic reserves the right to charge extra on postage if postage quote by Australia Post is greater than the listed postage price on our listings, customers will be notified or given the option to cancel their order.
• 2. Fotogenic is not responsible for postage delays. We will endeavor to keep our customers informed if the items are lost in transit.

Returns Policy

The details of our returns policy is as follows:

• We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, if you are unhappy with our service, product quality or thought the item didn't represent correctly on the listing, we will offer you a full refund.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please consult the ACCC website if you have any queries with this policy.
• We will fully replace any damaged items or items that arrive DOA By buying our item using "Buy It Now" you are entering into a contract with us to purchase the item. Failure to do so will result in you receiving negative feedback from us.
• We attempt to show the original product in our images. Due to different configurations in peoples computers come might see colours differently from what was represented by us. Please contact us if this was the case and we will help assist in any way possible.
