How the item is packaged...

    The paper clips will be sent in their original packaging and sent in a secure package.

    We don't just rely on the tape that is on the packaging, any envelopes or packaging that are used to send out your item/s will be sealed with additional

Terms of sale...

    If for whatever reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer required to pay postage costs 
    unless the item is not as described or damaged in transportation. Goods to be returned in their original packaging.

    What types of products do you sell?
    We don't specialise in one area of products, we aim to offer a variety of goods from games to DVD's, to toys and gifts, we also try to 
    source products that will be hard to find in high street shops or online. 
    We also stock brands that are popular today and those that were previously and maybe hard to find in the shops today, this maybe 
    ideal for a collector or someone that is along term fan of that brand or franchise. For example we may stock console games from 
    previous generations as well as current ones, all products are genuine.

    How often do you change your stock?
    We try to add new stock as often as we can to keep the shop fresh and interesting, there will be various items that we permanently sell, 
    such as the Real leather organiser bags for example.

    How quickly are items dispatched?
    Items are dispatched the same day, (Monday to Saturday) if ordered before 5pm and payment has been received. Items ordered after 
    5pm will be dispatched the next day, items ordered on Sundays will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday in the event of a Bank 
    holiday.
    There will be some instances, such as Christmas and Easter when items will take longer to be dispatched due to Royal Mail stopping 
    their deliveries, this will be detailed in the individual listings, your items will be dispatched as soon as they resume their services.

    What if my item is lost of damaged?
    Items should be delivered to you in 2-5 days via second class postage and 1-2 working days for First class, please allow up to 15 
    working days as Royal Mail are allowed up to that time before a claim can be made. We will do all we can to find out what has 
    happened to your item/s in the event that
    there is a delay in you receiving them.
    Every care is taken to ensure that your item arrives to you in perfect condition, in the event that an item is damaged, please get in 
    contact and we will sort out a replacement or refund for you.

    How can I get my items quicker?
    There are First class and Next day delivery options available, these are provided at a discounted rate to what Royal Mail charge, (see
   individual listings for details), if you pay for First class or Next day postage, you will only pay once, regardless if you buy one or ten 
    of an item, postage will be combined when purchasing two or more different items.
