Returns Policy
Return must be requested 3 days after the delivery day only if item is defective. The item MUST be in the manufacturer's original packaging, in brand new condition, and include all packaging material. If a refund is desired, we will refund your full purchase minus a 15% restocking fee- NO exceptions. Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility. Shipping is non refundable. Any returns that indicate customer damage (scratches, falls) or missing accessories are subject to a 30% damages fee.
