Dispatch Time: Items paid by 2pm will be dispatched same day.

If any Warranty is offered, please note it is provided by manufacturer not by us.
Defective/ Wrong Items: within 14 days of Purchase (Replacement will be issued only when we receive item in original Packing)
Non-Defective Items: for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are happy to offer refunds if you return the purchased item unopened & unused within 7 days.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyer has a right to cancel the transaction when “changed his mind” within 7 days following the reception of an item. The original shipping cost and the item price will be refunded but return shipping cost is at the buyer’s responsibility.
All the items are stored in the UK and ready to be shipped
Items will be shipped within 24 hours after payment cleared. (Monday to Friday)
The item will be shipped by Royal Mail, which usually takes only 1-3 business days to receive (excluding weekend and holiday).
Please do not sign and accept the parcel if you found the seal is opened or the parcel is damaged. Otherwise, we do not answer for any problems caused by this.
No pick up service provided.
We will only follow your address listed in the Paypal payment for the shipment. Please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before you pay.
Items cannot be shipped to a PO Box address
Items should be received by you within 1-3 business days for the UK buyers and if you still have not got your item 5-6 days after you made payment please do not hesitate to contact us for further action and we will try our best to help you, after 5-6 days of purchase, it will assume that item has been delivered and no responsibility will be taken.
