Transportation series to service first class
mail. Twenty two cents met
the rate for 1 oz from Feb 1985 through Apr
1988. The set extended through the rate change
period. The new nondenominated E rate
was 25c for 1 oz. First Class domestic mail from
Apr. 1988 to Feb. 1991.
All stamps are
bright and clean and problem free guaranteed. The set may
include minor number substitution. We also offer
specialized sets from this period. If
you collect booklet stamps as pairs, we recommend you
visit the Lighthouse Album section in the TBR
Store.
