PAYMENT
Buy It Now Listings.
- We only accept PayPal.
Auction Bid Listings.
- Please pay for items won at auction as soon as possible.
- We have an automated system in place that will open a case against your eBay account if you do not pay promptly.
SHIPPING METHODS
Free Registered Shipping.
- We provide Free Registered Shipping on all our items.
- Items are insured fully and average shipping time varies between 1 to 2 weeks globally. (Usually much quicker.)
- We recommend to our customers to consider upgrading their shipping method to Express Shipping if they do not wish to wait past 1 week.
Express Shipping.
- Our Express Shipping includes insurance and is registered.
- With Express Shipping you can expect your item to be delivered within 3 to 5 days from dispatch. (without delays).
- For Africa, South America & Russia, shipping is rated at 5 to 7 days from dispatch. (without delays).
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
- Please note all above shipping times are estimates provided by Japan Post and do not take into account delays at dispatch centers, customs checks or busy holiday periods.
- It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay for any subsequent customs or import tax, handling charges and shipping fees that may occur during shipping. We the Seller are not responsible to pay for these on your behalf.
- Please do not ask us to lower an items value to reduce potential customs tax, as this also reduces the insurance covered by the courier!
- We do not offer compensation for delays or charges that may occur during shipping.
- It is the responsibility of the Buyer to provide the correct address via eBay. If the address is incorrect, the buyer will have to wait until the item is returned to have the item re-delivered at their expense.
- If your item appears to be damaged, do not accept delivery of your item and ask the postal service or courier to return the item to sender. (You will not be charged to return an item if you refuse final delivery) Make sure to message us that you refused final delivery and we can offer you a refund or exchange once the item has returned to us. (Please note this may take a while depending on your countries return policy for refused mail)
- Items may require a signature before final delivery can be completed. If the courier is unable to deliver the item for whatever reason, the courier should leave a notice of attempted delivery at your address with instructions on how to complete final delivery. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to contact the courier to rearrange delivery or travel to the courier depot to pick up their item.
- We do not offer compensation for items that are damaged due to shipping. Providing your item has not been opened we will accept a Return or Exchange. Please read below for further details.
PACKAGING
- All items are boxed and surrounded by air bags, bubble wrap or held in place to prevent movement within the box.
- Large oversized items will be bubble wrapped and parcel paper wrapped.
- We at times re-use cardboard boxes to minimize our Greenhouse footprint. Rest assured we only re-use sturdy, strong, undamaged boxes.
- For customers who have purchased multiple items with us in 1 order. We may split your order across shipping boxes to reduce the chance of handling charges that some countries charge.
RETURNS
- We accept returns on all items that have not been opened within 14 days.
- Please do not attempt to return an item that has been opened. If you do, we will not refund you and you will have to pay for the item to be returned back to you.
- It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay for the cost of shipping for an item to be returned to us.
- We will only process the refund once we have received the item and inspected that it has not been opened, used or is missing components and/or parts.
EXCHANGES
- If an item is faulty, we will do an exchange of the same product only for you.
- We record hardware serial numbers and unique identifier numbers on all of our products.
- Please do not attempt to exchange an item that was not sold by us. We will know.
